June 18, 2026, LEGIC, headquartered in Wetzikon, Switzerland, provides the credential technology that supports secure and seamless access experiences across a wide range of hospitality applications.
As the hospitality industry accelerates the adoption of digital wallet-based guest experiences, Resorts World Las Vegas has expanded its offering to support hotel key in Google Wallet. Building on dormakaba and Alliants digital hospitality innovation, LEGIC provides the secure mobile credential foundation for hotel key in Google Wallet at Resorts World Las Vegas. Through its direct integration of LEGIC's neon technology with Google, LEGIC Wallet Services enables seamless provisioning and secure lifecycle management of digital room keys.
Guests benefit from fast, contactless access using the device they already trust. Behind the scenes, LEGIC neon delivers what LEGIC calls "invisible excellence": advanced security working silently in the background to protect digital credentials, safeguard key ownership and ensure trusted access without adding complexity to the guest experience. The result is enterprise-grade protection for hospitality environments of all sizes.
Designed for a rapidly evolving access ecosystem, LEGIC neon credentials are purpose-built for mobile wallets, apps and traditional key cards, combining strong cryptographic security with interoperability. This gives hospitality operators the freedom to adopt new technologies, maintain control of their security infrastructure and evolve their digital access strategies with confidence.
“Digital room keys must deliver both guest convenience and uncompromising security,” said Mehdi Elhaoussine, General Manager at LEGIC. “We provide a trusted mobile credential platform with seamless Google Wallet integration, securing every access point across the guest journey, from street to suite. Together with our partners, we share a commitment to engineering sophisticated solutions that work in perfect harmony, even within the most demanding hospitality environments.”
Resorts World Las Vegas has continued to expand its digital access strategy, including its earlier launch of room key in Apple Wallet. Guest adoption continues to grow across the resort’s digital wallet offerings, with nearly 30% of guests arriving at Resorts World last month using digital keys and 80% of guests who completed check-in adding a digital key at that time. This transition not only reflects the increasing demand for seamless, contactless interactions but also offers sustainability benefits by reducing reliance on traditional paper and plastic.
“Hoteliers are being asked to choose between flexibility and simplicity. With dormakaba, you don’t have to,” said Darien Long, Senior Vice President, Specialty Access Control Solutions, dormakaba North America. “Modern hospitality environments are increasingly complex, requiring solutions that adapt to each property, technology ecosystem, and guest experience strategy. We deliver that power of choice without the complexity.”
