Founded in 1991 microsensys has been a successful developer and manufacturer of innovative RFID components since over 20 years. Here you get smart RFID tags and sensors as well as appropriate RFID read-write devices and the right interfaces to corresponding devices - in short all essential components for a sophisticated RFID hardware system solution. Above all microsensys offers also LEGIC®-solutions. On the one side different transponders (e.g. smart cards), based on LEGIC®, will be used, but also innovative readers (e.g. POCKETsmart, iID® stick, integrated modules in industry handheld devices from CASIO, pidion, PSION). Because of this wide standard product portfolio and a highly qualified in house development team for microsensys it is possible to respond quickly to very specific customer requirements. This product qualification for specific requirements, the miniaturization and sensor integration are core competencies of microsensys. Mainly specializing in mobile and smart technology in the HF and UHF frequency ranges microsensys operates mainly in niche markets. ilD®stick reader<br/>Based on the proven product group of iID®contacless microsensys enlarges their product line-up with RFID read/write devices, that are compatible with the latest LEGIC® 4200-technology. At first microsensys presents the iID®stick, a RFID-read/write device in a USB-stick-design and with an extensive hardware functionality. The iID®stick has an implemented controller and supports with it different RF-standards like ISO15693, ISO 14443, ISO 18092 (NFC), Sony Felica, Inside Contactless, Mifare and of course LEGIC prime and LEGIC advant. Depending on the transponder antenna and the chip-type comfortable reading distances up to 50mm can be reasied with the integrated planar antenna. Via the USB 2.0 interface security- and access-applications for PCs and Notebooks are possible. So an IT-access-system, that contains the iID®stick and the contactless smart card technology, can be integrated in existing RFID-multi-applications. There are AES-, DES- and Trible DES-functions available for different security applications. The iID®stick is also applicable for out- and indoor applications (e.g. office and server rooms), which have a temperature range between 0°C and +45°C.
