The main objective of ID Electronics Ltd is to offer excellent professional customer service relating to technical security systems based on the newest global technology and offered in accordance with the highest quality standards. One of the key elements of our policy is be able to offer solutions tailored to individual customer needs. ID Electronics started its business in 1993 and from the very beginning has been participating actively in the development of electronic property protection in Poland. We have the Ministry of Internal Affairs license (No. L-1740/00) and the authorization of the Technical Property Protection Development Institute TECHOM (No. 783/2000). We are a member of the Polish Chamber of Alarm Systems.
All employees involved in designing, installing and selling of security systems have been professionally trained and have technical skills and broad knowledge of the products and systems offered. This is confirmed by the technical security employees' licenses and design licenses for the SA-4 class systems. The majority of our employees are university graduates. Constant improvement of employee qualifications is one of the key elements of the company development strategy.
In accordance with the elaborated company strategy and vision, we strive for constant development as well as broadening the range and improving the quality of the products and services offered. Since 1999, ID Electronics has been operating in accordance with the quality management systems standards (certificate no 159749 issued by BVQI). This guarantees the constant control of all processes in the company and makes us the right partner for all those who expect the highest quality of services.
In order to offer the customer full security of processing data connected with guarded premises, we have a separate Security Division and the Secret Office in our organizational structure. Selected employees have Personal Security Certificates and are prepared to execute the Law of January 22, 1999 on secret information protection (Journal of Laws No. 11, item 95).
