Copy Accounting & Secure Printing<br/>With copy accounting you are able to allocate the costs of making copies to individual users, user groups or cost centers, providing a total overview of all costs involved in the creation of documents.

Secure Printing provides users with effective security mechanisms to control the output of sensitive documents. Print jobs are held on the server and can only be retrieved at the printer using an appropriate identification method.

To allow for copy accounting and secure printing an identification of the user at the copier/ printer is needed. With uniFLOW Output Manager various ways of identification are possible, of which one is using contactless cards from LEGIC.
