With LEGIC’s patented Master-Token System Control you are in total control of your organisation's security and your contactless smart card applications. Use physical tokens instead of easily compromised passwords to protect your secrets safe.

Master-Token is a special physical and contactless smart card that contains a unique genetic code, thereby providing a secure link between cards and readers. It can be securely locked away, assigned to people you trust and effectively withdrawn at any time. Use your Master-Token also to create new credentials or authorise new readers within your security system.

Master-Token Zones
The LEGIC Master-Token system is divided into different zones. The zone information of the Master-Token is passed on to its applications and is therefore traceable. Each zone can be independently deactivated and isolated in the reader.

Define your own key
The mutual card / reader authentication and the unique genetic code provide you with seamless control over credentials and system components. LEGIC uses state-of-the-art technology, permanent data encryption with features such as AES, 3DES and key diversification. The underlying operating system can be updated at any time.

One card for all applications Standardised applications ensure interoperability and independence even when you are about to exchange your suppliers. Applications can be installed and removed anytime (even during card lifecycle). Users or suppliers can be provided with a Master-Token containing a genetic code, ensuring all required credentials are unique. Master-Tokens transfer the genetic code to credentials during card initialisation and to readers during reader configuration.
